This site allows you to apply for placement in selective high schools and opportunity classes for high potential and gifted students while applications are open.
The parent who lives at the same address as the child for most of the time should submit the application.
Applications for Year 5 placement in an opportunity class in 2024 open on Thursday 30 March 2023 and close on Monday 15 May 2023.
For Year 7 entry in 2024, applications closed on 16 November 2022. The test is on 4 May 2023. Test centre allocation will be available on 20 April. Read about the placement process.
